梁爱惠,研究生班应用化学专业毕业,研究员,硕士导师。主要承担本科生《环境生化分析》、《环境仪器分析实验》及《生物化学》、《氨基酸工艺学》、《现代生化技术》、《生化工程》实验,研究生《现代环境分析技术》、《酶学》等课程的教学工作。近年来主要从事环境生化分析、食品和环境分析方面的研究工作。主持国家级和省部级课题10余项,其中国家基金4项。在《Biosensors and Bioelectronics》、《Nanoscale》、《Trends in Analytical Chemistry》、《Scientific Reports》、《Food Chemistry》等国内外刊物发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCIEI收录论文80余篇。申请发明专利20项,获授权15项。曾获广西科技进步奖二等奖、三等奖各1项,中国分析测试协会科学技术(CAIA奖)二等奖1项,广西新产品优秀成果奖二等奖1项等。
